Your child needs to be diagnosed by a physician (MD).

Once your child is diagnosed, you will receive a prescription for ABA therapy signed by the physician with the Dx on it.

We will schedule your CDE, which is a new requirement for almost every insurance carrier. CDE costs are usually not covered by insurance but we offer affordable payment plans. CDEs are evaluations typically conducted by Licensed Psychologists.

Call us at (305) 767 1924 so we can give you access to our client portal or click below on the start services button. Once you have access, upload the Rx, CDE and fill in the intake forms. If you do not have the forms ready you can always upload them later.
