A RBT or BCaBA provides the 1:1 therapy and a BCBA provides the supervision and treatment planning.
We only offer ABA Therapy.
Services are primarily done in home or community, but we also work with and in a variety of special needs as well as public schools.
We accept most insurance carriers that cover ABA Therapy. The family can check with their insurance if the benefit is covered or we can call on their behalf by giving us their insurance information.
Minimum of 2 hours per day but can be as long as 5 hours per day. We have a good system to balance work and play so that the children stay engaged even in the 5th hour.

Yes, but they have to go through the interview process and be a good fit for us a s well. Has to meet our standards. We welcome all qualified applicants, and we are open to working with anyone who has had a positive impact on the child.

Since we accept all insurances, it is just a matter to transfer the services. The best thing a parent can do is to inform us as soon as they know that their insurance will change. With good preparation the therapy does not have to be on hold. We experience insurance changes from time to time and for the most part we manage not to interrupt services.
No, except during parent training sessions. However, as a general rule, we require a responsible caregiver to be on the premises at all times.
Yes, during certain periods of the year.
We bring materials but also rely on working with the materials and toys the child has in his/ her environment. Depending on the material, we make recommendation lists to parents or are able to bring materials ourselves but have to take them when we leave.
Yes, community outing is important to us to generalize learned skills. (Note: Need to better overcome challenges due to covid)
Yes, caregiver training is an integrated part of the service.
Yes, we work with and in multiple public, private, and special needs schools.
Telehealth works but also depends on the severity of the child’s condition, basic tablet/ i-pad skills, as well as attention/ focus ability. Depending on the family’s insurance, the RBT may or may not provide telehealth. Some insurances only allow the RBT to do face-to-face work. Always need to check with insurance.
All therapists wear masks, wash hands frequently, immediately notify the company if they experience covid symptoms or if their patient or patient family experiences symptoms, regular temperature checks for self and patient/ family.
