I enjoy establishing genuine, long-term relationships with parents and employees at a human level. For me, the most important aspects to nurture these relationships are good listening skills, effective communication, and openness to receive feedback.

Why do you think families should receive services from Autism Specialty Group?

Families will experience a great service with an emphasis on professionalism. They are treated with competence and skill, showing the level of care the company provides. Autism Specialty Group’s staff is polite and well-trained in customer service. Overall, the company is effective, prompt, and delivers personalized service and treatment to patients.

What do you like most about Autism Specialty Group’s company culture?

I appreciate the respect and fairness between management and staff. The company has a mindset of growth and it obtains results by good internal communication and transparency.

 What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I like reading, exercise, and spending time with family and friends. Reading helps me build my vocabulary and comprehension, always giving me something for small talk especially in those awkward moments.
