Your child needs to be diagnosed by a physician (MD).

Once your child is diagnosed, you will receive a prescription for ABA therapy signed by the physician with the Dx on it.

At Autism Specialty Group, the cost of a Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation (CDE) is $600.
To reserve your child’s evaluation appointment, we require a $300 deposit at the time of scheduling.
The remaining $300 balance is due at the time of the evaluation's completion, before the final report is released.Payment Options:
Full payment at the time of scheduling, if preferred.

Call us at (305) 767 1924 so we can give you access to our client portal or click below on the start services button. Once you have access, upload the Rx, CDE and fill in the intake forms. If you do not have the forms ready you can always upload them later.
